About The Collections

We appraise private collections having rare original publications

We specialize in collections on forgotten technologies, fringe science, lost knowledge and unexplained phenomena with published works dating from the 1800s and the first half of the 1900s and which have become rare. Some of these publications are nearly impossible to find elsewhere.

Authenticated Origin

It is always best that submitted collections and volumes are either authenticated or its legitimacy and ownership may be traceable. Best selling prices are obtained when authentication or provenance can be proven.

Non authenticated volumes can still be appraised and sold, however doubted ownership or provenance is not admissible.

Collections may also be made available in
Digitized Archival Version

Digitized Archival Versions of Private Collections are made available to new owners of the original collections as a portable duplicate and to collectors and researchers in general for historical and research reference purposes.

Digitized Versions are delivered in a compressed file containing various formats for easy reading in any device.

Collection and partial collection prices

Collections are usually appraised and sold as a whole. In some cases a collection may have volumes in more than one language or be divided in very specific global subjects. In such cases to price for a partial category of the collection might be advisable.

Sadly we must inform that due to unfortunate circumstances, KGM Image ceased all activities on June 30, 2021 by decision of the heirs of the late founder and director of the project. Since July 1st 2021 this page will remain online solely for its informative value. However, selected Digitized Archives have been acquired and transformed by Plenacom S.A. into the KGM Library of Forgotten Knowledge in remembrance of the founder of the project.
